Products:

  • WorksPad Mobile App, that you can download to your personal mobile device from App Store and Google Play
  • WorksPad Server, that can be downloaded from the specialized resource we provided by the dedicated representatives appointed by the licensed organization.
Services:

  • WorksPad Customer Support services we provide to designated person(s) appointed by the licensed organization through the specialized web portal, by email and by phone
Marketing Communications

  • Interactions with individuals – active or potential users of WorksPad – in the form of participation in events, emailing, interaction through web-sites, etc.
Products

Information Collected by RuPost LLC. through Products.

There is no personal data collected by RuPost LLC. through the Products.

  • While download Products from stores you don't need to provide any personal data, public profile data, passwords to any online services, any other social network data. No permanent or temporary profile is being created while downloading our apps.
  • WorksPad Mobile App may require access to your personal calendar on the mobile device, a device camera, your list of contacts on the device. WorksPad Mobile App explicitly requests access permission. You can give permission or decline the request. Rejecting the request may result in the unavailability of some functionality of the Product. Data obtained by WorksPad Mobile App, do not leave the mobile device are not transmitted to any other services or databases.
  • Users should be aware that the geolocation can be collected by the Product depends on how the Customer configures the Product. Geolocation is provided directly to the Customer administrator from the Customer user's devices when devices are enrolled for management, or after the User has granted permission to do so. Rejecting the request for permission may result in the unavailability of some functionality of the Product. The Customer is responsible for providing any necessary notices to its Users, and obtaining any legally required authorizations or consents from Users regarding use of the Product.
  • WorksPad Mobile App keeps a record of all events in it in the system log. The system is not automatically transferred to the WorksPad Server and is not forwarded to us. You, as a device user, can upload the system log to a file and send it by email to the IT administrator of your organization for analysis of error happened in WorksPad if any. No portion of content created/used by you on the mobile device is included into the system log file.
  • WorksPad Server component, deployed within an organizational network or hosted by a trusted service provider, doesn't transfer any data to us – either personal user data or user-defined content.
  • WorksPad Products are intended for use by organizations. If your organization provides you with access to WorksPad Server component, your use of it is subject to your organization's policies, if any. You should direct your privacy inquiries, including any requests to exercise your data protection rights, to your organization's administrator. RuPost LLC is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of our customers, which may differ from those set forth in this privacy statement.
Use, sharing, disclosure of information collected by RuPost LLC. through Products.

There is no personal data nor user content collected by RuPost LLC. through the Products. No further use, sharing or disclosure is possible.

Services

Information collected by RuPost LLC. in conjunction of your use of Services

We collect information you or your organization provide directly to us as designated person for WorksPad support services delivery. The information we receive includes: full name, job title, personal and/or organizational email, personal and/or organizational phone#. No other information is collected.

We don't collect any personal data of individual users within your organization. We don't collect any user defined content.



Use and maintenance of information collected by RuPost LLC. in conjunction of your use of Services

We use the collected information for providing you as a designated person with an access to the secured zone of the https://support.workspad.com portal, sending you technical notices, updates, security alerts and support and administrative messages, contacting you while resolving your inquires.

To ensure your organization get the full value of Services you should immediately inform us by email support@workpad.com on any required update of your data. We can't remove your data from our records unless we receive a substitutional designated person for WorksPad support services delivery.



Sharing and disclosure of information collected by RuPost LLC. in conjunction of your use of Services

We will not share personal information about you or any content with any third parties except as described hereby.

  • Service Providers: We may share your information with service providers who are working on our behalf and require access to your information to carry out customer support services. These service providers are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide services to RuPost LLC.
  • Compliance with Laws: We may disclose your information to a third party if (a) we believe that disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, (b) to enforce our agreements, policies, and Terms of Service, (c) to protect the security or integrity of the RuPost LLC Services, (d) to protect RuPost LLC, our customers or the public from harm or illegal activities, (e) to respond to an emergency which we believe in the good faith requires us to disclose information to assist in preventing the death or serious bodily injury of any person or (f) to any other third party with your prior consent.

Information collected by RuPost LLC.

Information You Provide To Us. We collect information you provide directly/indirectly to us when you visit one of our websites (workspad.com or workspad.ru) and compete a contact form or participate in events we host. We also obtain data about you from third parties, e.g. as event sponsor. The types of information we may collect from you include your name, email address, phone number, employer's name, job title, as well as any contact or other information you choose to provide.

Information Collected by Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies: We may use various technologies to understand which areas and features our web-sites are most popular and count visits, which may include saving cookies to your computer or mobile device.

Use of information collected by RuPost LLC.

We may use the information collected for:

  • Communication with you about services, features, offers, contests and events, survey and newsletter subscription, providing other news or information about RuPost LLC and our selected partners;
  • Combing with other information we receive from third parties to help understand your needs and provide you with better service

You can request changing or partial or complete removal of your contact info from our records. You can do it by sending a request to info@workspad.com. You can unsubscribe from e-newsletters through the link provided in it.

We may change this Privacy Notice from time to time. If we make any changes, we will notify you by revising the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Notice. If you disagree with any changes to this Privacy Notice and do not wish your information to be subject to the revised Privacy Notice, you will need to deactivate with us and stop using the RuPost LLC Services. Your use of any of the RuPost LLC Services after the posting of such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

While no service is completely secure, RuPost LLC takes reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
